Managed by Associa Principal Management Group of North Texas since 2017, this 76-unit condominium community was built in the early 80s. The community is located in Garland, Texas, and features a community cabana, pool, and pool house.
Challenge:
The community suffered significant damage from a tornado in 2015. The association required expensive repairs and needed support resolving the insurance claim settlement.
Resolution:
The Associa Principal Management Group of North Texas team jumped right in to help secure the settlement and provide funding for repairs. The team partnered with the board of directors to establish a list of priority repairs, schedule on-site evaluations, and develop a planned approach to address needed repairs.
Ultimately, the association was able to complete all repairs within a reasonable time frame thanks to the Associa Principal Management Group of North Texas team. Homeowners have been extremely pleased with the results, and vendors will continue to perform regular preventative and routine maintenance to ensure the longest life span possible for all repairs.
