Associa Principal Management Group of North Texas Resolves Pest Issue

Managed by Associa Principal Management Group of North Texas since 2021, this 32-unit community is located in Allen, Texas.

Challenge:

The community needed urgent pest control services, as a severe wasp issue threatened the safety of homeowners and on-site contractors completing repairs.

Resolution:

The Associa Principal Management Group of North Texas team worked closely with the board of directors to understand the nature of the pest concern and create the scope of work for the project. The community manager immediately provided the scope of work to potential vendors, scheduled on-site meetings, and delivered contract proposals for the board to review. The board selected a pest control vendor, and the management team executed the contract, scheduled the work, and followed up to ensure all concerns were resolved.

In the end, the new pest control company was able to come and treat the affected areas quickly. Moving forward, the pest control vendor will visit the community monthly to confirm there aren’t any lingering issues.
