Associa Principal Management Group of North Texas Implements New Work Order System & Improves Community

Managed by Associa Principal Management Group of North Texas since 2021, this 186-unit single-family community located in Mansfield, Texas features an activity center, pool, pond, pickleball court, workout room, and walking trails.

Challenge:

The community had a long list of outstanding work orders and received a large number of requests each week. The board needed help finding vendors to handle requests and assistance with coordinating vendor schedules.

Resolution:

The Associa Principal Management Group of North Texas team partnered with the community’s board of directors to implement a new and improved work order system. The new system simplified the work order process, managed expectations, and provided visibility to work order updates. Additionally, the community manager connected the board with reliable vendors and sent weekly request reports to help with scheduling and prevent a backup of work orders.

Thanks to Associa Principal Management Group of North Texas, the community’s initial challenge was quickly resolved. Residents now have confidence that work orders are being properly completed, the board has a reduced workload, the number of outstanding work orders has dramatically decreased, and the community has saved money.
